ABOUT OUR SERVICE
E-mail database validation has always been a critical task not only for those dealing with mail-outs, but also for those who need to update any databases that use e-mails. Our service developers have been working with customized validation for more than 20 years and decided to create this service to reduce the service cost and make it available to broader audience.
In 2018, we developed and implemented the project’s basic principles, as well as launched the service itself.

COMPARISON WITH COMPETITORS
When validating databases with third-party programs and services, our clients specify the following problems:
a
A strongly limited list of domain, which validation can work with
b
Incorrect validation of certain domains (“good” e-mails are qualified as “bad” ones and vice versa)
c
High cost of high-quality consumables (proxies)
d
Low validation speed
At the same time, clean databases allow you to save on resources and significantly increase your project monetization.
WHY WORK WITH US
When working with "non-existent" addresses, any software will:
01
Ban
consumables
(servers, proxies)
02
Operate
slowly
03
Significantly (by times) increase the task completion time
Our service has been operating since 2018, and we were the first to find a unique solution combining:
A
Quality (error doesn’t exceed 10% and is often below 1%)
B
Speed
C
Cost (from $8 per
1,000,000 addresses)

+ THE GIST OF OUR PROJECT HAVE BEEN WORKING SINCE 2018
Our online service contains a global dump database, which is validated and divided into the “good" and “bad” e-mail address lists. The project database is constantly updated, replenished, validated, and refreshed. This is an ongoing process supported by the project team. Each of the “good” and “bad” addresses has its “time to live”, so the dump database size is a variable that can either dramatically increase or decrease.
1
The list of e-mail addresses that are absent in our global database will be finally validated during the session; this process is automated.
2
By comparing your e-mail address database (even the worst one) with ours, we will promptly (within 10-15 minutes) separate the list of definitely working addresses from non-working ones, remove all the “junk” (spam traps, wrong SMTP processing format, etc.). Next, our system will finally validate the rest of your database, and you will get a full working result.
3
4BASICS
You can immediately download and start using the list of definitely working and “bad” e-mail addresses after it has been processed by the service; the result will be presented as lists.
4
The service validates BIG, GI (CORPs), and Media. It detects any spam traps, incorrect service configuration, and temporary (dynamic) generated spam traps, circumvents protection.
VERSATILITY
Our service’s technical feature makes it possible to reduce the cost and increase the speed of the e-mail database validation service by dozens and eve hundreds of times. Comparison with our global database depends on the downloaded list volume and takes 5-15 minutes on average. The final validation speed starts from several hours, which depends on the downloaded e-mail domains and their quantity. The final validation is an ongoing process. The user can download an intermediate result compared with the snapshot and get the final validation result after a while.

A
In some cases, the error of “good” and “bad” e-mail addresses can reach up to 5-10% (this applies to the global database only). It appears due to the irreversible processes of “dying” live e-mail addresses, as well as “re-emerging” non-working addresses.
B
Our service specifies “time to live” periods for “good” and “bad” addresses. It reduces the service operation error and maintains a high speed of the User database validation.
C
The database (snapshot) size is a variable that can either dramatically increase or decrease.
